VISION
The Vision of the SHSO Booster Board is to inspire a lifelong love for music. We aim to achieve this by supporting our music educators to help our students find a place to be creatively expressive. This environment will cultivate a collaborative workspace while instilling self-confidence, a positive mindset, and motivation to succeed in all aspects of life.
PURPOSE & ACTIVITY STATEMENT

OUR OUTSTANDING BOARD
Shobana Pandian, Board President
am a proud mom of 4 young musicians of whom three are currently in the HSE Symphony Orchestra. Music is a passion of mine, and I feel very fortunate to have children who appreciate music and feel connected to it as I do.
I would be happy to serve as President of the HSE Orchestra Boosters and contribute to enhancing our
children's musical journey throughout high school. My connection with experiencing orchestra as a violinist during childhood inspires me to support the arts for future generations.
Professionally, I am a pediatrician of over 20+ years and can attest to the early impact music plays on a
child's development and overall mental well-being. Our family has resided in Fishers since 2018, and we are invested in our community and all it has to offer. I am eager to join everyone in initiating and
strengthening this organization over the upcoming years.

Beth Fuller, Vice President
As an enthusiastic supporter of the Hamilton Southeastern Orchestra, I am the proud parent of two talented violinists in the Symphony. With a Master’s degree from Northwestern University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois, I am a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in early childhood development within a public school setting. My professional journey is complemented by my 22-year marriage to my wonderful husband, Steve. Together, we are committed to fostering a love for music and supporting our children’s artistic pursuits.
Eva Propst, Treasurer
I am a tax professional with experience in state and local taxes as both a consultant and currently as a member of the U.S. Tax group for a leading biotechnology company. I have always had a desire to connect with my community. I am an alumni of the FiIrs City Government Academy and Noblesville Citizens Police Academy. I have many years of serving on local community boards, holding the titles of President, Secretary and Treasurer. Also I have served on HSE PTOs, heading event committees and donating many hours of my time to support the schools and classrooms my children have attended. By serving in these capacities I possess a sense of leadership and a strong commitment to the fiduciary stewardship that non-profit organizations require.
I enjoy walks with my greyhound (Banks), playing softball and planning my next home project. I am most looking forward to traveling through Europe in June of 2025 with my daughter who will be a player with the Indiana Musicians Abroad group. I live in Noblesville with my husband and 3 children- a Freshman studying Computer Science- CyberSecurity at Ball State University, a Junior at HSE that plays contrabass in the Orchestra & Pit Orchestra, and a Freshman at HSE who is a cadet in the Eagle squadron of the Indiana Wing Civil Air Patrol.

Ami Modi, Secretary
I am excited to apply for the position of Secretary for the Southeastern HS Orchestra Boosters. With over 22 years of residency in the HSE school district, I have had the privilege of witnessing its growth and the exceptional opportunities it provides our students. My older child graduated as valedictorian in 2019 and was part of the HSE band until his sophomore year and my younger one is currently an active bass player for the Symphony Orchestra, which has deepened my commitment and connection to this community! Professionally, I am a Digital Transformation Program Manager with extensive experience in leading and managing complex projects. My role has equipped me with strong organizational skills which I believe will be invaluable in the role of Secretary. I am passionate about supporting the arts and ensuring that our Orchestras continue to thrive and provide enriching experiences for all its members! I love this quote from Bono - “Music can change the world because it can change people!” I strongly believe that musical growth not only contributes to the student’s personal growth but also helps them become empathetic, well rounded citizens who can positively impact the world!
I look forward to the opportunity to contribute to the success of our Southeastern Orchestras and to work collaboratively with the Board, parents and students!
